I bought the car from these people, they have been changing names and banka accounts so many times. the last time i paid them was in some absa account that they sent an sms that i should pay in. recently when i went to renew my car disc i found out that there is a tag that was put by them and i don't even know what it is for. i am not able to trace them as they have been moving from one place to another and even changing names because of the problems they have with their customers. the problem now is that i am not able to use the car because of the tag they placed on the car.
i need you help please.
