On going problems with ABSA. Have paid over and above the required amount on my Credit Card, and now I just got a sms (not even a phone call) advising me that money has been taken from my Savings Account and been put towards my Credit Card - which IS way up to date. Seems like my dad done the right thing by changing banks, and my sister is in th process of it as well. As for me, I will be changing to another bank this weekend. One who is professional :)
