I booked 4 tickets for my sister but mistakenly put down their children's names instead of their friends names, I realized my mistake and phoned immediately within 5 minutes to correct the mistake but they tell me they cannot change the names. I don't understand why? You can change flight details but not names???
I phoned within 5 minutes, its a human error which i wante to rectify but cant. In futher than i rather use mango airlines
