Toyota honeydew give terrible service they rip people off by changing parts thats does not need changing then they charge you an arm and a leg it money making scheme. They change my frond brake disc without my knowledge. At first they told me that back disc are worn badly and they need to replace them and the brake pads, but i they changed the rear brake pads in January this year. So how come they could not see that the brake disk are worn. They are just there to rip people off. I took my car in for front brake pads as only one pad was finished as the calliper was not releasing after i pressed the brakes, so at the end of the day the invoice was R8000. This car go for regular services but why was the calliper not releasing. What they saw is that wesbank is paying for the service and they took the liberty to change the front disc for no reason. I went 3 times but never was i told that they are waiting for authorization to change all the brake disc. They ripp people off. Does not mean if they are Toyota everything they do is right. they dont consult. I even took the disc from them for a second opinion, they agreed there was no need to change them. I hate that branch.
