NO DELIVERY OF UNISA BOOKS

I have been trying waiting since early January for my books to be delivered. I have been calling 3 to 4 times daily to find out where my books are. I get told every time that it has been sent out for delivery today. This is becoming so frustrating, costly and time consuming trying to locate my books. MY ASSISGMENTS ARE ALL DUE NEXT MONTH FROM THE 2ND. I have 5 assignments which are due in March and 5 in April. I am panicking because I most certainly will not have sufficient time to complete and hand these in. There has been such a lack of assistance and co-operation from Skynet. I have left amply messages and sent emails as well to no avail. Can one of the managers please contact me as the call centre agents have been misleading and unhelpful.
