Such rude staff and books missing

I am so disgusted with an employee of skynet by the name of Mark, didn't get his surname.
He was delivering my UNISA books on friday NIGHT. First of all I'm not sure why the books got delivered at 19.00 and not during normal working hours, secondly my books are not all there of which I sent him an sms to find out where the rest are, he didn't bother to reply. I sent him another sms this morning and he didn't reply either, I then decided to call him and he informed me that its not his fault and that I should take it up with UNISA, and he dropped the phone in my ear. I understand it's UNISA's responsibility to give my parcels in full and I am not complaining about that, I am disgusted with the attitude of this man, and he is foreigner to top it all off. I don't want this guy to deliver my books again, please can another driver deliver them. Mark is EXTREMELY rude and very unpoffessional, perhaps that it how they teach them in their countries but in SA we are taught to respect customers. Please give me feedback
