I had my car taken to Renew-it Randburg over three weeks ago, for some repairs to the front and back bumpers of my car. I was promised it would be returned to me in 2 weeks. After just longer than 2 weeks, I was informed that the car was ready for collection from the Renew-It Drive in centre in Sandton. I the received a call from the guys at the Renew-It Drive in centre informing me that the quality of the repair work was so poor, I shouldn't come collect the car, and that they were sending it back to be repaired properly - apparently it had been rushed through the workshop, and no quality review was done on the completed work.
Its now a week later and I am unable to get a response from anyone at the Randburg branch. I have no idea as to when my car is going to be ready, and I have had zero response from the various people I have spoken to - from people in the workshop, to managers, to reception people. I am disgusted by their lack of customer service and would never use them again. the degree of incompetence and lack of consideration I have experienced is inexcusable. I have used their branch in Malboro before, with none of these hassles, and will use them next time instead.
