To whom it may concern,

My car was taken in for repairs on the 10th of July 2013. I have been making follow up with Renew-it and they advised that the repair process would about a month. I took a bus all the way from Durban to collect my car and they have since not confirmed when it will be ready for collection. hey have been making empty promises as to when I can collect my car.

Today I spoke to Marco from Renew-it and he gave me a very bad attitude. I want my car to be ready by tomorrow after none as I have been in Joburg the whole week and need to return to work on Monday.

I need this sorted out ASAP.

Your assistance will be highly apprecriated.
