I am really frustrated. I bought my car in July 2011 and never got the spare key. I have been following up with the salesman (Jorrie) since then. All he does is making promises to deliver and He never does. After several attempts I called Renault again and was told he no longer works there and has joined the sister company KIA in fountains valley. I then took the matter up with the KIA Manager (Henco) he also promised to take care of the matter and he never did. I am so frustrated to think and see that even the managers who are supposed to set up an example but they are just as uprofessional as the salesman. To date 11 february 2012 I am still waiting for my spare keys.
