Parts where received for my car repair on the 4th of June. It is now the 19th and I went today to the renew it in randburg to see the car progress for myself. So far all that has been done is some of the damaged parts have been taken off the car, the new parts have not been even fitted yet to the car. On the 28th my transport I have found to get to work will no longer be available. This needs to be sorted out a.s.a.p. so far the only response I get from renew it is that they are busy and can't give an eta on the car repair.
