Renew It Randburg have had our vehicle for over 2months now - After countless telephone calls and the most disgusting attitude we complained to our insurance company (Budget) who got hold of Tony and he promised them that the car would be ready this morning.
After trying 10 times this morning Tony said that the car was in alignment and would be ready shortly. 3hrs later he says that he is still awaiting a 'small plastic part' that goes on the back bumper.
He cannot give me the name of this 'small plastic part' but only another excuse saying that the part was on back order.
I urge insurance companies and people out there not to use Renew It - these guys have grown to such an extent that they do not care about the customers that made them what they are
