After last weeks fiasco, I thought my statement of, 'I will collect my car next week, irrespective of if its repaired properly or not', was very clear and understandable, however it appears I am still not being taken seriously! I received a call, 3 minutes after I lodged my first complaint from Renew It head office, I explain to the lady, I was not going to meet her or anyone at Renew It, to inspect my car, as the company surely employ professionals, who should be able to assess, defects and irregularities on any motor vehicle. Last Tuesday, Marco told me it would take a couple of days to fix, so I gave him a week! MY CAR IS STILL NOT FIXED!! The service excellence is a joke, I have had no communications with ANY representative of this company, since the response of my first posting. I am told today, that my car was still being repainted, it wasn't ready because, there had been 2 assessors in 3 days to see my car!! My question is, why would anybody looking at my car (assessors or not), stop the work from being completed? How much longer do I need to give this company to complete a really small redo job? And why can I not be kept up to speed with what's happening?
