I am appalled by the lack of after-sales service care that your dealership provides especially since so many promises were made to me and to date none have been fulfilled. From the onset I was not happy about the condition of the Vehicle upon its presentation to me but I was reassured that active steps would be taken towards rectifying all the faults. All faults were detailed on the Exit Interview. I was also told that I would be contacted from time to time and updated on when all the faults would be fixed, instead I am the one who is playing cat and mouse games trying to find out from David what exactly is going on.
Unattended issues include: No Service book, no car manual, broken air vents, no strings for the boot partition, speakers are rattling, Broken headlamp, the mags have not been refurbished.
From broken keys to brake lights that don't work makes me wonder how the vehicle even passed its roadworthy test.
