I bought my vehicle there second hand and before the transaction there was no problems with communication between me and the dealership. After I took delivery of the vehicle I found out that the parking brake is not working and there is no aircon and sometimes after switching of the vehicle it will remain on. I went to register my vehicle and after waiting in a queue for 3 hours I was told the vehicle is not roadworthy. I phoned the dealership and they said no the vehicle is put through the test and they lost the certificate and then they said I should put it through the test and they will refund me my money. At the test I was informed that the vehicle is not roadworthy and it needs to be repaired before it can receive a roadworthy certificate. They came to collect my vehicle and it was there for 3 weeks and I did not receive any news regarding my vehicle. I eventually got my vehicle and then I had to put it through the test again. I had to pay again and since November I was told that they would refund me and I'm still not refunded. It does not seem that Mahindra SA is much concerned either.
