Worst Car Rental Company in the World

I am a sales rep. I provide customer service on a daily basis and know what is expected of someone who deals with public every day. I recently had to have my car repaired, and I needed a rental car, as I cover approx. 300km a day. I know that with my insurance, I have 30 day car rental and I know that I qualify for group F car at Avis. I was told my car would take approx. 8 working days. With these facts, I want to tell you what happened and how badly I was treated by Avis Hatfield. When I got to Hatfield Avis, I was given a group E car, I had the car for about a day, there was a bad small in the car, I went back to ask for another car. I was given another car, and knowing Avis, they are supposed to check car for scratches, but Busi (staff) told me that it is not her job to check the car. She did this twice, telling me that its not her job. And then about R2000 was deducted from my account, and they stil, 3 weeks later owe me R160. This is ridiculous and worst company to get rental car from ever!!! She was very rude and so was her manager. I walked away very angry and upset for the bad service I was given, and them taking my money
