I would just like to thank the team at Nissan Eastern Cape (Samantha way branch) for the wonderful service they have supplied to me.
As it was my first ever car I bought myself, I was not sure exactly how everything worked. Hannes the sales person and Ilona the lady doing all my paperwork for me were just great in explaining everything to me, and making sure that I understood what was going to happen and where my money was going.
When it came to the actual car part of the sale, Hannes went out of his way to give me a great deal. After identifying a few small things that bothered me (a slightly dry rear wiper and a dull fog light) he promised that this would be fixed.
When I received my car yersterday I was pleasantly surprised. Hannes had my car servised (60 000km), valletted, and it had a full tank of petrol.
I would most certainly recommend Nissan to anyone who might want to buy a car. I will forever be a most loyal customer.
