Faulty GPS, Radio and Back Camera

I purchased brand new Nissan X Trail from CMH Midrand in July 2011. I changed the inbuilt radio and asked Nissan to fit GPS and rear seat video screens set.
I found out that the radio and the GPS were not picking signals, I took the vehicle to the dealer the next day. They said they will fix the radio and GPS and asked me to leave the car. I left the car and collected that evening to find out that they have done nothing.
I spoke to various people including customer care people from Nissan but the problem was not resolved. After 8 months, I took the vehicle for 15k service and was promised by the service advisor to resolve the issue but nothing happened. Again I took my vehicle recently (on 25th March 2013) for 30k service and raised radio and GPS as issue, but was not resolved.
Because of the rear camera stopped working while reversing I drove slightly in to another vehicle and had small dent and cracked light in 2011. I paid for the services (Radio, GPS, camera) but never used them till date.
I am fed up with Nissan's after sales support. I will never recommend any of my friends or family to buy a vehicle from Nissan Midrand
