I've been trying to deal with CourierIT in regards to my missing parcel for most of January. Zando has confirmed that it has left their warehouse and one of the two parcels were delivered to me. I signed a POD stating that 2 items had been delivered to me but I didn't realise it at the time as I had only one box and I was eager to have a look inside. Normally parcels from Zando are packed in one box when it was more than one item and I had no reason to think otherwise at the time so the last thing I did was inspect the piece of paper that I always have to sign. So that leaves the mystery box somewhere in limbo as Zando doesn't have the box, I don't have the box and apparently CourierIT doesn't have the box either. I contacted CourierIT and spoke to Samantha and she was very pleasant to deal with but she has still not called me to say if she has found the box. CourierIT states that their drivers don't take the boxes but if it is not with me nor with CourierIT then where else could it be? Did a portal open and that box into a parallel universe? Is some other version of myself enjoying my purchase at this very minute? Must be, because no one else can tell me otherwise.
