I know these complaints don't reach too many people and of course it's not going to put Sasol out of business but I have to vent.
Long story short, I threw in R400 petrol at Sasol and they swiped for R4000 instead. I only realised this when I got to work and received an sms from my bank. I then phoned the garage and dealt with a very nice gentleman who assured me that the money would be refunded to me that very morning. Mind you I was not rude at all. Two days passed and no money.
I called the garage again to follow up but this time dealt with a female. I was not only told that I would have to wait 5 working days for my money but this woman literally said it in such a way that if she slapped me across the face it would have had the same effect. I have never in my life been spoken to with such disrespect, not to mention that she hung up on me. I must admit that I threatened to slap her which I shouldn't' have but c'mon if you had to listen to our conversation you probably would have done the same thing.
I have been supporting this garage since it opened, using no other gas station... that's definitely going to change!!!
