I placed and paid for an order online (Zando) on the 31st of Jan 2013. Zando sent me an email to confirm that my order had been dispatched to a courier company in Johannesburg 2 days later, upon following up with courie company advised they will deliever my order on the 6th of Feb before end of business at which around 4:30pm on that day l called them to find out about my parcel that had not been delivered, Chad offered to contact the driver and get back to me, l would like to believe that we all human and make mistakes as such Chad might have forgotten to get back to me until l called back and he became a little bit rude telling me had just spoken to me about 2minutes ago and he could not get hold of the driver though he could see from the tracking system that the driver was in the Sandton area, that day passed and l did not recieve my parcel. l called in again this morning hoping to get my parcel before midday since they claim they had an overlap from yesterday, l have come to the conclusion that Courie IT does not take my time serious and they will never respect their partners like Zando as they keep lying to their clients over and over again..
