I returned an item bought from Groupon. Groupon arranged for pickup via CourierIT.
When I did an enquiry on my credit I was asked for the waybill number. I could not supplied it.
I then suggest Groupon contact CourierIT to trace the parcel. I WAS PRESENTED!!! with the contact details to do my own tracing.
I managed to trace it with a very helpful person at CourierIT.
