Delivery of laptop

Hello

I would like to thank CourierIT for their poor service in delivering my laptop from CPT to JHB.
The parcel was delivered into your JHB branch and then went missing. Unfortunately the sender
did not insure the parcel however it was checked into your depot and went missing. I also phoned
into your JHB branch and still have had no one phone me back. I then got phoned back from the JHB
PostNet where the parcel was going, to tell me your depot had an armed and you told them you
THINK it went in the armed.

I then got a message to phone the CPT PostNet and the response from them was based on feedback
from CourierIT that the laptop was not insured so sorry for me and I have no laptop now. You must enjoy
the money paid through for a non delivered service and I will not be using you or PostNet again.
