In January 2013, I was commuting by motorcycle on my way home from work. A motorist unexpectedly changed lanes and knocked me off my motorcycle, causing injury to myself and damage to my motorcycle. I have lodged a motor vehicle accident claim against Outsurance and I have provided all of the required information and documentation, within the specified time frame.
The Claim No. 93155292. I have on numerous occasions e-mailed and spoken with, Mr. Phumi Ntshebe who is administering the claim, requesting an update on the status and I have yet to receive the courtesy of a phone call or e-mail regarding resolution of the claim.
I have since requested feedback from a Mr. Amos Seanego (Ref. No. 21536614) a senior in the Outsurance claims department and I have yet to receive the courtesy of a phone call or e-mail from him.
The motorcycle remains in a state of disrepair as the claim assessor has not evaluated the damage as yet albeit five months since lodging the claim.
Please OUTsurance may I have feedback and a resolution to this motor claim?
