I have a complaint and a complement.
I delayed writing this e-mail with the hope that by now my reason to complain would have been averted.
On Tuesday 12th February I took my motorcycle to Honda Cayenne because it was making an unusual sound. I had arranged with Mr. Rual de Vos the previous Friday to bring in the motorcycle anytime. Rual de Vos had suspected that it was the counter-balance shaft that was causing the noise. After filling in the job card Mr. de Vos asked me if I would leave the motorcycle or wait for it. I opted to wait until the problem was diagnosed properly and there was a better idea how long it would take to repair.
About an hour and a half later I was still waiting. When I asked Mr. de Vos about how long it would take he then told me that my motorcycle was in a queue to go into the workshop and this could take not less than an hour. After that I would have to wait for however long it took to strip the motorcycle for a diagnosis. I told him that he could have at least given me that information at the moment he asked me if I wanted to wait or leave the motorcycle. His response was, "I thought you knew, sir."
I decided to leave at this time. I did not hea
