Why do I have to pay for a unit that I requested to be deinstalled from a vehicle that has been sold? It has now been two months, and nothing has been done. When I called customer service, I was told I now need to pay for a block to be put on the unit and pay for the installation of a new unit.
How can a person trust a tracking company when they cannot do what they have been asked to do? How can I feel safe and trust that my vehicle is safe with you when you are tracking the incorrect vehicle due to the lack of customer service?
