Rims not recieved back after new mags was bought

I bought my new Hyundia I 20 5 May 2024 from sales Lady Lydia mac wheels was bought but never received my rims back that was taken off when I called here, she Said she will come back to me she has resigned and nobody can assist me with this lose.

Please can somebody assist me to get my rims back as I have paid for it.
