Waiting for service

I was told to be at HI Q at 8 a.m. to have a wheel alignment done. My car was placed on the lift for 40 minutes, and no service was provided because the person apparently was not there yet to do the alignment. This is totally unacceptable client service! This occurred at HI Q Brackenfell, Bellville, Old Paarl Road.
