SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING!!!

Our Kia Sorento was cutting out on the way back from Kruger to Jhb. Kia Nelspruit were helpful enough and had the car checked and said it was probably a Air pocket in the fuel. We were not charged. We then cut out 3 times on the way back to JHB with our lives at risk!! Car goes in to Kia fourways today and it's a number of problems (Totally Different to what Kia Nelspruit said), Fuel Tank needs replacing and various other parts to the tune of R17000. The lady at Kia Fourways says we can arrange a courtesy car from Kia as the parts are 10- 15 days waiting time. Kia Head office says the dealership handles this. From putting our family at risk on the roads with the misdiagnosis to the passing of the buck on courtesy cars I have been most uninpressed. Is this how all KIA customers are treated?
