Kia Somerset West bad service

On 28th May serviced my Kia Sedona @ Somerset West Kia. Friendly service was done quickly. My Kia comes with maintenance plan & after service was told the V-belts (alternator & power steering belts) needs replacing & handed me a quote for R3500. Asked if its not covered under maintenance plan, was told only cam-belt. My Sedona needed wipers & they could not replace that. Cape Town was in the middle of storm. This was a safety issue, but would not even get wipers from Midas... told me they are not allowed to get wipers from Midas. Got home week later & did some checking. THE V-BELTS ARE COVERED UNDER THE MAINTENANCE PLAN!!

I live in Northern Cape & called Kia Kimberley. Spoke to Marinda (very friendly & good service... thank you). She called AMH (Kia warranty/maintenance people). THEY WILL PAY FOR BELTS, BUT told her that I need to drive 230km's (I'm in Prieska), have Kimberley Kia take photo's, drive home 230 km's & if it needs to be done, drive back 230 km's to have it fixed. Kia AMH also said, if these belts snap, damage is my cost!! Could NOT BELIEVE THIS! A dealer already said they need replacing! Kia's slogan should NOT be... THE POWER TO SURPRISE, but THE POWER TO DISAPPOINT!
