I bought a blue Kia Rio sedan 1.2 from Kia Pinetown in June 2012. In August the silver button on my hand break started to rattle. The rattle got worse with time. During the same month I contacted Kia Pinetown to let them know of the rattle and to tell them that I had taken the car to KIA The Glen because I was in Johannesburg at that time. Kia The Glen claimed that they had never heard of such an incident before and that they would fix it. After they had fixed it the button started to rattle the very next day.
I contacted Kia Pinetown and told them I believe I had been sold a factory faulty car because there is no way a brand new car can be rattling. They did not pay any attention to my claim.
I them took the car to Kia Gold Reef. They were able to fix the rattling hand break. I then notified Kia Pinetown to let them know that Kia Gold Reef had been able to assist.
Another two months later the passenger doors on the left hand side of the driver began to rattle. I believe the screws in the doors were not tightly on. I took the car to Kia Gold Reef again and they opene
