A week and a half ago we sent you an email to request an assistants from your company as we are member we never got any response. We will give a brief backround of our issue we purchased a gearbox part from an overseas company, we gave the the correct specs and part number etc. The part arrived but it did not work. We then sent them an email and a diagnostic report and requested another part or refund. They told us to fix the problem loccally or they will only re-imburse a portion of the initial amount. Now we asking if you will be able to assist us in this matter
