MY VW POLO had a issue
Managed to get it to a Dealership '' VW' which i drive
i approached the Workshop with my car that literally wouldnt drive, parked at entrance just to ask some1 for quick advice, i was then told to park 1 side go book it in, they did not even to try assist me quick as i was clueless about the issue that arised on my vehicle
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, as i have always drove VW POLO, Purchased from Greyville WEISS
i would of understood to be treated this way if i was driving another brand vehicle.
Did not expect anything for free, but atleast try assist your product
i would not recommend after this to any family member or friend as this how they may be treated.
