I would like to complement Auto Alpina Springs for their outstanding work and fantastic service!!! My vehicle BMW M5 E60 had a battery problem on a Thursday night I phoned BMW on call to came and assist me, with starting up my vehicle as to which they did. On Friday morning I had the same problem to which I called BMW Auto Alpina Springs and told them about my continuous problem. An hour later two gentlemen come to my house which is in Boksburg just 1.2 km away from Auto Alpina Boksburg (which 3 weeks later I am still waiting for them to call me back) but that's fine because they have lost me as a customer because this is the 3rd time I have had very bad service from Auto Aplina Boksburg. Anyway back to my story. They started the car and took it through to Springs to have it diagnosed on the system. During the day I got a call from the service department and they updated me about the vehicle. It had to stay there over the weekend to run the proper tests. On Monday the service manager phoned me and told me that my vehicle is ready for collection, as I would not be able to collect. They offered to deliver the vehicle back to my house.
