Disgusting service for such a big company

I bought a new hyundai i 10 in march 2012, with the first service at 15 000 km e reported that the vehicle is slightly lower on the left back side. after the service we were informed that the coil springs are faulty and will be replaced under warranty, we waited 3 months for the coil springs hich in that time we were at hyundai for 2 seperate occasions where they ordered the wrong spares.
finally they put in the new coil springs after i laid a complaint with head office, the service advisor assured me he will mail me the paperwork regarding the new coil springs that has been put in. after numerous requests for the invoice proving their is new coil springs in my vehicle its a month later and no paperwork received.
my vehicle is booked for an aa test as there is now an unholy noise coming from the left back side of the car. i have phoned the dealership day after day and just can not speak to a manager, any manager i really find this appaling service.
