Been with these guys for quite a few years now and customer service extremely arrogant! Had a claim for an alternator repair - the auto electrician didnt want to deal with them and Warranty Solutions insisted that the dealer phone them to lodge the claim. I then got the repairer to provide a diagnosis indicating the bearings needed replacing, which emailed to Craig. He insisted that their policy was that the dealer needed to phone them. Eventually the repair was carried out and paid for by myself - on the basis that the claim would be re-imbursed. I provided the full service history, with every service having being done at 15, 000 km - which is the specified service interval. They rejected the claim on the basis that the last service was more than 12 months ago and that on the basis that the car was NOT serviced regularly, they would reject the claim. This despite every service being carried out at 15, 000 km intervals, The last service was done on July 2020. I spoke to Craig Herbst and his manager Mark Hutchinson who was extremely arrogant and rude and I asked how an alternator would be serviced? He kept on referring me to their policy and as per a vehicle under warranty, the vehicle needed to be serviced every 12 months if the time was sooner than the mileage. I have never experienced this level of customer service before and every point I raised was shot down - very little chance to get a word in. Disgusted at how this company is still around. Please do not support this business and be careful who you take extended warranties out with - Would NOT recommend anyone to take a policy with Warranty Solutions - they treat their customers like '****'. Disgusted!!
