I've recently had a mechanical breakdown on my car which amounted to R 47, 000 which included replacing the Cylinder Head frame with gaskets and the works. Dastek had done the work on my car and for reasons like not getting paid by the warranty companies they do not work directly with the warranty companies. I had to organise everything through Warranty Solutions directly. Everything went smoothly from the get go and Warranty Solutions' Claim Administrator Craig Herbst have taken the matter and handled it very professional and friendly. After paying the claim out of my pocket, Warranty Solutions refunded me with the full amount they promised in the blue booklet.
The point of the compliment is that Warranty Solutions made me feel at ease with being a client of theirs and I will and am putting good feedback of their company out there to others.
When handling a claim from Warranty Solutions, ask for Craig Herbst and I am certain your claim will be treated fairly.
