Worst after client service

I replace new run flat tyres on my BMW 3 months ago and I have a tear on the one continental tyre. When I went to have it attended to they tell me it’s my fault because I hit a pot hole. The tear is on the side of the tyre. And I am the only one driving the car. I would know if I hit a pot hole. And when I try to claim THROUGH TW&T insurance they tell me. “Oh we don’t cover that”. Why do I even have additional insurance FOR TYRES with them?! #WorstTyreSupplierEver!
