In September 2012' I changed 3 tyres at hi-q cordon, on of which was the spare wheel.
In March 2013' while in the Eastern Cape, I needed to change on of my tyres, only to find that my brand new spare wheel had a hole n it.
I went to hi-q, and the lady, Deborah, said they would investigate.mi asked her to look at the other 2 tyres that were changed, to make sure that it was the same brand, as I was suggesting. She confirmed this.
A couple of days later she called me to come in to the shop.
On arrival, I was told that the tyre had been used, even if for 10 km, and that they would not replace it.
I asked her to look at the markings, the thread, as well as the lean lines of the tyre to confirm that it had never been used. I was told that nothing could be done, and that I needed to buy another tyre, after having bought 3 brand new tyres form them and being given the spare with a hole in it...
