CBF committed to replacing the master clutch cylinder on my Defender 110. Unfortunately the same problem persisted - and CBF had no problem in replacing the part. When the Cylinder started leaking for a third time they suspected that the issue was elsewhere, and at their own time and expense had a part engineered in order to fix the mechanical failure - which was not an issue they were responsible for. So many other providers would not have gone the extra mile, and if I hadn't have asked them about the extra cost they incurred, they most likely would not have told me, they certainly didn't charge me for it. In todays market, its good to know there are still businesses who value their customers with high standard of service, eve in in frustrating circumstances.
