M so done with Stuttaford Van Lines, and to think we pushed the Company responsible to pay for our relocation to use them! Worst service ever! Been sending emails since last week of Jan to confirm all is in place for the move to leave SA... No response! Send email again to confirm move has left SA on the 4th of Feb to only get a reply at 21:15 to ask someone else to contact us to confirm. Condirmation truck will leave SA on 5 Feb and arrive at destination NO later than 8 Feb. Today 6 Feb told oh no will only arrive 10 Feb! Just a sorry! Beside the fact that we've been without any furniture or extra clothes for nearly two weeks as promises were made during the quotation meeting that was not kept! Im so disgusted that you pay a fortune for pathetic service and all they do is pull their shoulders up and say sorry! Get your act together!!! PATHETIC
