I March I contacted Shane on frontline service desk for assistance with the replacing of my clutch. He then said he is going to give the job to CBF Mechanic (John) do do the replacement of my clutch of my Diahutsu Terios 1998.He quoted me R5000.00. I then asked for him to also replace my cam belt and sensor of which I had to purchase myself. After several struggles with my car I had to get seals which I also did. Upon that then John tells me my plugs needs replacing. Now my question remains if I had my car with CBF for clutch and cambelt replacement and my I add that my car was driving perfectly prior CBF had worked on it. My car is with me and since to date has not been on the road. I have contacted Shane and John and they have been of no help and todate I have not even received a receipt. If I don't get assistance from CBF Diepriver urgently I will take my matter to the Ombudsman.
