I called McCarthy to submit a shortfall claim, i was told to call my finance house which is MFC and let them know i need to submit a shortfall claim and they (MFC) will be able to assist me. I did call MFC but no one seemed to have a clue was is happening i was transfered from 1 person to another all where clueless, i ended up calling McCarthy who told me the same thinng again . im still stuck and havent submitted the short fall claim as no one knows who, how or where i should submit the claim. Can someone contact me to assist??? i just wonder how many people go through the same thing i go through
