My car broke down recently and had to buy a car part from the VW in Constantia. I called the dealership first to find out if the car part was available. My mechanic advised me to buy a clutch pedal initially. Upon observation, we discovered that this was incorrect. I needed to get a clutch master cylinder. Granted I was at fault buy purchasing the incorrect part. When I called to find out if I could exchange the part, the gentleman on the other side of the phone was extremely rude to me, constantly referring me to "you people" and coming up with "new" terms and conditions which I was not informed of initially. Had Ezekiel explained to me their exchange policy, I would have never ordered the part in the first place. I even tried to explain to him that I did not even attempt to use the part. I take the blame for buying the wrong part, but the attitude I got from the gentleman was uncalled for and I plan NEVER to visit or recommend anyone to visit that dealership if that is how they treat their customers.
