When I arrived at the Namibian airport to receive my car, I was greeted by a very unfriendly man behind the counter. I told him that I have booked a car for today and I have a reference number, onto which he responded " where is my voucher? "" I should have printed the voucher". This not stated anywhere on the website. Monday, 21/1/14, I phoned all the way from RSA to hear whether everything is sorted for my arrival, as I did not hear back from them, although I requested it. Then, I was also assured by the person on the phone, that I only need to pay a deposit of R1000.00. When I got to the airport, I had to pay R5000 deposit. If I would not have been in such as hurry, I would not have accepted this. This is unacceptable. Then the snotty guy behind the counter tells me, " I should have printed the voucher, because it is written under the terms and conditions". So thanx for snotty help and unexpected expenses, you will not see me again. Nevermind that your terms and conditions are by law, not acceptable!
