On Sunday 26 January 2014, I went to this petrol station to fill up. On arrival the garage was a bit full so I didn't mind but after waiting 5-10 mins, I moved to another pump closer to the shop. When I got there still no service. While waiting I see an attendant standing next to a car in the parking & chatting. I hooted 3 times with no response. I got out the car & was really angry. After throwing my toys out, I got some service. I left using sasol to use caltex coz of Ucounts but if this service is so poor, I don't need the points. I fill an average of R1000 petrol a week so it's good business I give caltex. I expect superior service. This is also a bad name for standard bank as their service also goes down co it's std bank customers. I hope caltex can focus on customer service to ensure they retain customers. I still feel sasol is the best in customer service.
