I have twice complained on this site and have been liaising with Mr van Niekerk. After a conversation on Tuesday morning last week when Mr van Niekerk said he would get back to my partner with a resolution, I have yet to hear anything. Is it possible to deal with someone else other than him as his silence is very concerning and dismissive? Please help.
