Imagine that you have filled your car with CALTEX petrol only to find that the engine will not run after about 3 kilometres. This is just enough time for the good fuel within the fuel pump and the high pressure filter to be used up. It took 3 days to discover the problem drain the BMW tanks and get the engine to run on good fuel again. Now nearly 5 months later CALTEX are still "waiting for the results" from the fuel sample provided to them.
Imagine you are on a much anticipated holiday, far from home, and you find you and your family standing around for 3 days due to a fill of CALTEX fuel your engine refuses to use.
But worse still, suppose the fill of fuel is into a small aircraft and a few minutes later the pilot is looking for a place to crash land with full fuel tanks. Ever heard of a crash shortly after take off?
And then when you check the CALTEX website and find the glowing words about their products, customer support, etc, you may not feel so good?
