Derrick Kluyts of Sandown Motors in Johannesburg provided exceptional service to me yesterday. we had major traffic issues and he waited till well past 6pm to deliver my car after servicing. His manner and explanation of the work done as well as the expceptional way he approached a very difficult day was really apprecciated
