Getting no where fast I eventually contacted Mercedes Benz South Africa with the problem I had with an expired MobiloDrive Plan date and upgrade paid for but never initiated by the Dealer. I was asked to provide proof of purchase etc. Of all the people I contacted during this ordeal, who needless to say, were totally disinterested in my predicament, only one person stands out streaks ahead of all the staff at Sandown Motors / Merecedes Benz outlets, and that is Lorraine Kopke. Lorraine thank you for going that extra mile to help me, I really appreciate your assistance thus far, you are a star. Sylvia
