We took delivery of our new Sprinter 3 weeks ago. During the delivery we were kept waiting for two hours. The salesman had gone out, so someone else, who didn't have a clue how to answer most of our questions was asked to do the delivery. Vehicle was dirty, scratched, and had not licence plates. Invoice was incorrect and three weeks later, the vehicle is still no licenced and the invoice still not corrected. I have called and emailed Sandown Motors several times to try and sort this matter out, but to no avail. It is fairly clear that they see us as small fry, so do not give a about us, and they have no idea what words CUSTOMER SERVICE mean!!! We also lodged a complaint with Mercedes Benz S.A regarding the above, and no one from Mercedes has even bothered to come back to us.
